I recall two times that spotlight why we are so grateful to you. Twice I had temporary crowns that came off and needed to be replaced. On the first occasion we were with our granddaughter in New York on a special trip for her that we had planned. While eating dinner one night the crown came off and I could not figure out how to get it back on. I called you and followed your instructions and it went right back in place. The other time was when I was critically ill in ICU in the hospital and a temporary crown came off. You came to the hospital just to be sure it was replaced properly. These incidents indicate that we are not just numbers in your business that happen to show up periodically for treatment. My family and I moved to Dallas 32 years ago. My daughter (who was a teenager at the time) and I have been coming to Dr. Dodson for our dental needs since that time. Why?
